Martin, an experienced technology expert with more than a quarter-century of professional experience, faced the time-consuming process of writing and responding to emails daily. Driven by his own discomfort, he decided to find a solution to this problem. With a simple yet effective approach, he developed a prototype that automated email responses using artificial intelligence (AI). This prototype not only saved him a lot of time but also demonstrated the impressive potential of AI to make everyday life easier.
The story took a decisive turn when Martin met Steven. Steven, a seasoned marketing professional with fifteen years of experience, shared Martin's enthusiasm for AI. They decided to join forces and form a team to develop a platform that enables the quick and flexible creation of autonomous AI agents. Driven by this vision, Steven gave up his position as an executive in a telecommunications company to fully dedicate himself to building the platform.
After successfully implementing the email automation feature, the team focused on developing autonomous chat agents. Convinced that chat systems represent the future of simple and intuitive interaction between humans and AI, the team continuously expanded its chat product with additional features such as Slack integrations, knowledge databases, and other innovations. During this intense development phase, Philipp joined to take over financial management and refine business operations.
